Lapland mailroom Refund Policy

If you have not had receipt of your letter please be advised Royal Mail in most cases claim all 1st class mail will arrive the following day.

Due to no fault of Laplandmailroom.com in some cases, especially in December it is possible for the remaining 10% to take upto 4 working days from the day of dispatch, not date or order to arrive.

If possible, please allow 4 working days from despatch to receive your letter from Santa. If your order has not been received PLEASE give us a call or send an email and we will send a replacement letter. Christmas is a magical time and although we cant not take responsibility for Royal Mail we would rather send a replacement letter than leave you disappointed.

Our refund policy is based upon the cancellation of your letter(s) including activity packs.

A cancellation can be made at any time after purchase until the letter(s) including activity packs are despatched.

You can cancel your purchase by contacting the Lapland Mailroom Customer Services Team; details can be found on our contact page. As long as the letter(s), including activity packs have not been dispatched you will be offered a full refund which will be made by reversal payment method. Once your order has been dispatched and is in the postal system, if you wish to cancel your order to obtain a refund this must be completed within 5 working days of receipt of the unwanted purchase.

A refund will only be made once the order has been received back to us in the original condition. If any part of the letter(s) including activity pack are missing, no refund will be made until Lapland Mailroom receive full purchase content.

We can arrange for collection of your purchase by the means of a courier with any direct cost to Lapland Mailroom being deducted from the refund amount due. A customer can arrange to send any returns directly to Lapland Mailroom at their own expense, which may be a more cost effective method of sending an unwanted purchase back.
