Return of Faulty Product

Rest assured, our success is based upon delivering a product we are proud of, if for any reason you feel our product left the mailroom below standard or faulty in the first instance please contact a member of our customer service team, they will ask the reason why you are unsatisfied and request that you send the product back complete with all contents and packaging. Once we have receipt of the faulty or substandard product you will be offered two options:

1. We will gladly arrange for new replacement product to be sent the same day.
2. You will have the option to request a full refund. Which will be refunded via the original payment method.

Quality Control

Each purchase which leaves lapland mailroom are checked to the highest standard prior to dispatch. If your order arrives damaged please contact our customer service team initially who will gladly dispatch a replacement within 24 hours.
